Delivery Charges

Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka: usually 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Outside Dhaka: usually 2–5 business days, depending on the courier's coverage in your area.
Orders placed after 8 PM, or on Fridays and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
Cash on Delivery
All orders are cash on delivery — you pay the courier when your order arrives. No online payment is required to place an order.
How Orders Are Confirmed
- After checkout, your order details are sent to us via WhatsApp automatically.
- We confirm your order and hand it to our courier partner.
- You'll get a call from the courier before delivery to confirm your address.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, hasn't arrived within the expected window, or you need to change your address after ordering, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll sort it out.
