FASHIONISTA is a Dhaka-based online store selling eyewear and accessories, operating primarily via WhatsApp order confirmation and cash on delivery across Bangladesh.

2. Orders

• Placing an order through the checkout page sends your order details to us via WhatsApp — this is how every order is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example due to stock issues or an undeliverable address.
• Prices are listed in BDT and may change without prior notice; the price shown at checkout is the price charged.

3. Payment

All orders are cash on delivery. Payment is made directly to the courier when your order is delivered.

4. Product Information

We try to keep product photos, descriptions, and stock levels accurate, but minor variations in color or finish may occur due to photography or screen display. Contact us before ordering if you need exact confirmation on a specific item.
